Join us for an energizing Balacize Sculpt class hosted by Camai B! Her results-based teaching style has been described as disciplined, dedicated & supportive as she infuses creativity into each class. This 45 minute class is designed to improve muscle definition and increase overall strength and covers anything from lifting weights to heavier Pilates to calisthenics with some HIIT.
