Contiguous 48 states:

Please note that we now have two ways to charge shipping on orders. Orders containing our heavier weighted item(s), like the Power Ring and Beam will incur an automatic $7 “Heavy” shipping fee.

If an order contains any of our smaller/lighter items, like Bangles or accessories, we charge a $7 fee to ship anywhere in the contiguous U.S. If an order contains a mix of a heavy item(s) with our lighter/smaller items, the shipping fees will be combined to charge a total of $14 for shipping.

We are starting to charge for shipping because shipping weights incurs higher shipping fees in general. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that we do not currently ship to Hawaii and Alaska or to PO Boxes.

Our shipping team is typically able to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped either DHL via USPS, FedEx SmartPost, or FedEx Ground depending on the weight of your package. We do not currently offer expedited shipping, guaranteed shipping timelines, or alternate shipping options. Orders will arrive typically within 3-10 business days, however, all mail carriers have been experiencing longer than usual delays so please allow for extra time to receive your order.

Due to the nature of our product and packaging, your order may be sent in separate shipments. If you have a question regarding this or other inquiries, please feel free to reach out to hello@balabangles.com.

While we cannot make product changes after an order has been placed, depending on how far along your order is in the fulfillment process, we may be able to assist in shipping address updates or order cancellation requests. Please note there is a narrow window of time to adjust an order after it has been placed and therefore the request cannot be guaranteed. Email us at hello@balabangles.com to make your request and we will respond within 48 hours. Once an order has been fulfilled by our warehouse, we cannot edit the shipping address or cancel the order.

International Orders:

Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout after you enter a valid international address for. Currency is collected in USD and an exchange rate will apply. Please note orders shipping internationally may take an additional amount of time to deliver.

Due to ongoing unrest in the area, we have currently suspended shipping to Ukraine and Russia. We are hoping for everyone’s safety and will be checking back on the matter.
